Crimped Wire Mesh

When referring to crimped wire mesh, we usually mean the pre-crimped woven type. Enzar Metal has a long history in producing this mesh. By using rotary dies in the pre-crimping process, the crimped wire is woven into strong and stabilized structure to ensure fixed opening. Additional rigidity and strength can be obtained by adding crimps between the intersections, using an intermediate crimp.

Wire material used is with many options according to the application, such as galvanized wire, stainless steel wire, high tensile steel wire, 45# Mn & 65# Mn black wire, copper wire and other non-ferrous metal. Crimped wire mesh can be in not only roll but also sheet. A full range of conversion services are available. These include slitting and cutting, electro polishing, forming and welding, and custom fabrications.
