Barbed Wire
Barbed wire and razor wire function in similar way, which they are often used together with other fencing material to enhance the security level of the whole system. In Enzar Metal, we supply these two types of fencing wire either shipping along with other fences or separately.
Welded wire mesh is widely used in filter industry. It is usually used as holding mesh for pad demister, with channel frame.
Manufacturing Process
Barbed wire is manufactured from single strand wire. Wire is twisted and cut through the machine. At the output end, barbed wire will be rolled into required coil.
Material Grade
Barbed wire is available in the following steel grade and treatment type.
Electro-galvanized wire with zinc weight 10-20g/sqm
Hot dipped galvanized wire with zinc weight 60-80g/sqm
High Zinc Volume galvanized wire with zinc weight 200g/sqm to 260g/sqm
Galfan Wire(Zn+5%Al or Zn+10%Al) with zinc weight over 200g/sqm Stainless steel wire in SS 304 or 316.
All the galvanized wire can be PVC coated for additional corrosion resistance and color.
The raw material of razor wire is in two types, high tensile steel wire and steel strip. The quality is listed as below. For razor wire, all material can be processed with electrostatic powder coating with different colors.

Steel Strip
