Filter Element

The filter element performs the actual filtration and dewatering function in the housing.

They consist of several pleated filtration and support layers. Their placement is a cylinder around or inside the stabilizing support tube. The end-caps seal these mesh packs. Regardless of the type of filter, flow direction through the filter elements is from out to in. Depending on the filter material, it encases the filter mesh pack in an additional outer plastic sleeve.

Features:

  • Greater system availability from reliable filtration
  • Long element service life through highest dirt holding capacities
  • Higher operational dependability through outstanding cleanliness classes
  • Reduced maintenance cost through long replacement intervals
  • Low disposal cost through weight reduction
  • Greater safety through high differential pressure stability
  • Securing of your spare parts business through customer logo and smart Quality Protection solutions.

Application:

The operating fluid passes through the Filter Element and is thereby reliably relieved of solid particles and other fluids. Depending on the requirements and the hydraulic filter construction, various filter materials in surface or depth filters (coarse or fine filters), various filtration ratings (1 to 200 µm) and designs (return line/suction/pressure filter elements) are used.

  • Activated carbon filter elements remove contaminants and impurities, using chemical absorption.
  • Hydraulic filter elements are used to replace worn, damaged, or dirty OEM cartridge elements of the same size.
  • Air filter element, clean air, maximum reliability, Suitable for any engine compartment.
  • Oil filter element, They are designed for modern high-performance oils and can stand up to even the most demanding technical challenges.
